Shipping

We make every effort to ship your item(s) within one business day of receipt, Monday through Friday. Orders will be shipped by either USPS or UPS. If an email address is provided, a tracking number, if available, will automatically be emailed to you once the order ships. Orders will be shipped via ground service. Ground service usually takes 1 to 7 business days for delivery.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

In order to assure on time delivery, UPS requires a complete and correct physical address. Double check your shipping address for accuracy. UPS charges additional fees for minor address errors and/or changes including zip code, apartment number; or the recipient requesting delivery to an address other than the one originally specified. Unless we are responsible for the error, the customer will be liable for the additional shipping charges incurred.

If your item is currently unavailable or there is a problem with your order, the customer service department will contact you as soon as possible. We will make every effort to notify you of any problem via telephone or email within two business days of receipt of order.

Continental United States
For all orders shipped in the continental United States, shipping will be a flat rate of $7.95 for ground shipping. 

Alaska & Hawaii
For all orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, shipping will be a flat rate of $24.95 for ground shipping.
